We're celebrating 11 years together. Those of you who went to my birthday party (and other gatherings) know what to expect: Beer, pizza, barbecue, swimming-pool, a variety of rock 'n roll (metal, oldies, punk, goth), and comedy, humor, and more comedy and more humor.

No two gatherings are identical, but I guess the typical party usually starts off with coherent (pre-beer) conversation while vintage music videos (anything from Adam Ant to Slayer to Nancy Sinatra) play in the background. Gutsy people are welcome to pet & handle my live exotic animals. As the alcohol starts to affect our minds, some will no doubt go into the backyard to swim/snorkel, fire up the barbecue or jump off the roof into the pool. Later in the evening, we often mellow out to desert (ice-cream, cake or whatever) and perhaps watch a collection of comedy sketches (JACKASS, MONTY PYTHON'S FLYING CIRCUS, SOUTH PARK, etc.) to laugh our way back to sobriety.

If we've NOT yet met you in person, and you fail to post an answer ("Yes", "No, or "Maybe") at the Calendar, I'll purge you and other inactive members out of the group. After all, the group is all about social inter-action.
